[公告] 系學會事務簡報暨學生活動空間相關事宜
我是系學會會長俞安，這邊有一些事情要跟各位說。
可能一些事你已經知道，但是因為是重要的，所以我在這邊再提一次。
(1) 有訂書的同學請盡速找學術長江泓處理領書或退費的事情。(已公告)
(2) 系服已經開始徵稿了，請有意願的同學投稿交給美宣長呂紹瑜。(已公告)
(3) 12/28(一) 19:30~20:30為本學期期末大會，細節會再發文公告，請各位先空下時間出席期末大會。
關於學生活動空間(天數303 ; 天數313)，有以下幾點事項：
(1) 學生活動空間規範、系櫃表、直屬表皆已公告於天數三樓佈告欄。
學生活動空間規範、系櫃表這兩項到了天數三樓才會用到，沒有必要發佈在網路空間；
直屬表由於諸多考量，與系辦討論後決議只公佈於佈告欄。(已公告)
(2) 期初調查的垃圾桶協助清理意願調查，統計後人數未達門檻，因此決議不在三樓空間設置垃圾桶。
垃圾問題一直是數學系上難以解決的問題，大二以上應該很清楚去年的狀況，
我們不希望讓少數有熱忱的人負擔全數學系的成本，而今統計結果也不足以讓公共垃圾桶推行。
而由於諸多原因，因此也無法外包廠商清理。這件事系學會已經與主任談過了，也只能跟各位說結論是不行。
而沒有垃圾桶，浮現的問題至少有三項：
(a) 303與313充滿垃圾 (b) 飲水機上會堆放垃圾 (c) 廁所垃圾桶內會堆放垃圾
在提這些問題之前，得先跟大家再提一件事情：四樓是有垃圾桶的。
這件事大二以上應該是知道的，系學會在期初大會上也有提到這件事，
而上面提及的三項問題其實只要每個人把自己的垃圾帶走就會解決。
除了垃圾問題之外，還包括玩桌遊後沒有收好、看完公共書籍沒有歸位等，
這可能是少數人的行為，但是卻影響多數人的權益。
我想跟各位說，今天我們能有這樣的活動空間與資源並不是理所當然的，
這包含很多有熱忱的人的努力與爭取，初衷也是希望數學系的同學們能有一個好的空間可以交流放鬆等。
我們沒辦法強迫大家做甚麼事情，至少請大家在使用這樣的空間時，把自己帶來的垃圾帶走，借用的東西歸位，謝謝。
