Born 1960, B.S. 1983 National Taiwan University; Ph.D. 1989 Columbia University. Research Assistant Professor 1989-91 Purdue University, USA. Assistant Professor 1991-92 McMaster University, Canada. Professor 1993 National Taiwan University.

- Study the finiteness and effective finiteness problems of surjective mappings from a fixed variety to any possible varieties of general type
