Department of Mathematics at National Taiwan University invites applications for positions in professorship/associate professorship/assistant professorship. The positions are from August 1st 2003. Applicants in Mathematics, Applied and Computational Math,   Probability and Financial Math,and Statistics are sought.
 
The University is the most prestigous research university inTaiwan, and the Department owns 10 NSC Outstanding Research Adward Winners. The Department has played, and will even strengthenits leading role in research and teaching in mathematical and statistical sciences in Taiwan.

 
The Department offers BS, MS and Ph D programs; the successful candidates are expected to conduct research projects and to teach for the department as well. The official language of teaching is Chinese, although English is accepted for some graduate courses.
