I. Review of Fourier Analysis and its Applications: Review some results in Fourier Series and Integrals. Poisson summation formula, Heisenberg's inequality, band-limited and time-limited signals, Shannon's sampling theorem, etc. II. Introduction to Wavelet analysis 先複習一些Fourier級數、積分及其應用，預計本學期主要的內容為：Wavelet analysis and the applications. Introduction of some discrete orthogonal or bi-orthogonal basis.
